The best time to book?

I was only looking to see if there was a bottle of Metaxa I may have forgotten about................... and guess what? ......... Well you know that if it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't get any luck at all?.......... No change there then. I am also expecting there to be a corkscrew conspiracy when we arrive ie a sudden inexplicable shortage, so I have a cunning plan..............................................At least we get there before Warren & Co because he would be the chief conspirator given a chance.

Call me a heathen, Philistine, infidel or what you will, but olives of any origin all taste of salted socks to me. Lin on the other hand loves them, so when we have Greek salad she has all mine as well. Olive oil is a different thing all together, I'm surprised I don't actually drink the stuff, and yes Kalamata oil is unsurpassed.

Can't say I'm an aficionado of the sock - salted, or otherwise - but I know a good olive when I see one! Like Lin, I get to remove the olives from the salad before everyone else dives in. I think they're a bit like Marmite though, love 'em or loathe 'em, with no middle ground!

An old thread i know, but we re-booked for thisOctober when we came back The past October.
I had an hinkling things were going to go downhill recession wise.
We got 4 people, 2 weeks, Kefalos with Thomas Cook for 550 pound, it makes sense if you think about it.
You are booking at the current years prices, and pre Christmas Brochure prices for the following year.
